Another ID Please

Sorry guys. This is a real poor quality photo. But i hope good enough for ID
When i saw this, I thought it was a Goldcrest. Same size. Same movements. ( Hence the poor shot )
But then noticed there were no markings on the head or streaks on the wings.
Any offers please.

hi gaza a whinchat has markings very similar on the head but not to sure . rossy

Not sure that the colouring would be right, looking in my book. But then again, I have no idea

a chiffchaff also has markings when was the photo taken ? and wrens are the small like goldcrest rossy

The photo was taken today. Just after midday
Also, the tail feathers would be wrong for a Wren as its tail was fanned out. and not stuck up like a wren.

Chiffchaff ? Will have a look at my book. Not sure

I am still wondering if it is a young Goldcrest. As i say, It was the same size.

hope someone knows as the two i mentioned are summer visitors so doubt im right and maybe your right pity we cant see the beak what about firecrest ? rossy

Again. It crossed my mind. But the lack of markings, are what causes me to ask.
I can only think that it is a youngster, and hasn't developed its adult plumage.
