House Sparrow with deformed beak
This House Sparrow has been a regular in my garden for a while. It seem to be able to eat OK and looks healthy.

Hi Dai, happy Christmas!

Aw, poor thing. I wonder how he copes with it? I suppose he can at least scoop up grain, etc. with the lower extended bill. He looks like this year's young to me, with the gape just apparent like that. Lets hope he gets through the winter, I'm sure he will!
