I'll say Yellowhammer - or Woodhammer as I was about to accidentally call it! No idea why... 
Await other opinions, I tend to end up embarrasing myself with birds...

You are probably right, as it was among a flock, of Yellow Hammers.
Maybe a youngster, as the markings on the cheeks are not the same as the other Yellow hammer that i photographed . |

This was more typical of the cheek markings, on the other Yellow Hammers in the group.  |
