It looks like a Common Buzzard to me from the photo.

Oh, thank you. I thought that too after looking up what it could be and I wnated to check. I know the photos are not great. |

It probably is, but somethings not quite right for me .............. maybe the jizz? 
Where and when was this taken may help, plus any other clues, behaviour, calls etc etc.
