| | | Lost doves I have been keeping white doves in my dove cote for 15 years they bread and they get taken by the cats and the hawks and some fly off
We normally have about ten or twelve
The local harrier has been very active earlier this month but still about eight were around fed and water every day
Then they all disapeared, gone not a trace ?????????
We live in a small village near to Draycote Water south of Rugby
If they have gone for good I want to replace with fantails
Does anyone have any good ideas
Thanks

| | | Re: Lost doves I'm sorry to hear about your Lost Doves J Mel Harley, maybe they got fed up being harrased and have just simply moved on.
Personally, I'd be looking at making the Dove Cote a safer place to live before even thinking about more Doves.

| | | Re: Lost doves Maybe having less Doves could be an option, my neighbour has a Dove Cote and I've never seen more than 2 Doves in the 12 years I've lived here. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
