| | | Re: Waxwing watch. Even though it was fantastic to see them last year, if lots of Waxwings mean lots of snow, like last year, then I think I'd prefer not to have lots of Waxwings.
(still hoping for a sighting though)

| | | Re: Waxwing watch. The Waxwings are not weather dependant over here as they are dependant on the berry crop in Scandinavia. If that fails we get an irruption of Waxwings over here.
It looks like the berry crop must be ok this year as we don't have many Waxwings in Britain this year.
