| | | Cardiff Pigeons Hi, There's a railway bridge next to my residences that I pass under to get to town and there are always pigeons under it. Was walking under there (carefully avoiding getting deposited on ) and I herd some very quiet cheeping. Sounds very much like they have young up there. Isn't this a bit late? Or do they often do this? Sounded a lot like they had babes in the nest up there and found it odd. xxx

| | | Re: Cardiff Pigeons Feral Pigeons are able to breed year round, so it's not that surprising! |

| | | Re: Cardiff Pigeons Well, no it's not late at all. Pigeons can nest any time during the year given the conditions are right like food and saftey ect.. They will lay 1 - 2 eggs per clutch and can have 2 - 3 clutches a year (correct me if i'm wrong). |
