Bearded Tit

The weather down here in the south has been very settled with virtually no wind, perfect for watching the Beardies.
I went out this morning before first light and settled down close by a reed bed. I sat there with a flask of tea and watched the sun rise and the world come to life around me, such a beautiful morning.
I was lucky to have a few of the Beardies come very close and allowed me to get a few pics.
There were a few other birds in the reed bed but I only managed one picture of them, any idea what it is?

i'm soooo jealous, you very lucky person they're wonderful pictures. almost makes me want to get up very early after reading your description of watching the sun come up..... almost!!!

looks like a reed warbler! nice pics of the beardies! i'm yet to see these, not sure if they're very common in the e. midlands. anybody know of any locations where they're present?

the nearest I've found was by traveling down to North Norfolk (Titchwell) I saw them there at the beginning of the year.
