I believe it's a juvenile blackbird (Turdus merula) in the process of moulting into adult plumage.

I would agree with Valleyforge on the ID of a Juvenile Blackbird in the stage of moult over into adult plumage

yep, I agree with Valleyforge and Big bill, juvenile Blackbird. I've got one giving me grief if I don't get out with the raisins on time!
