BOP ID help please

Hi everyone, this bird was flying along the cliffs on Welsh coast. Can anyone help me out with what it is please. It looks like buzzard but seems to have a really long tail

Of corse I may be totally wrong & it`s not a bird of prey

The tail and wing pattern look like a kite to me.

Thanks to you both, I`ve just compared the rather dodgy photo I took yesterday with some I took at Gigrin last year & I think your right. I just didn`t really associate Kites with the coast

There have been a number of kite releases over the last few years and they have been doing very well and spreading into many areas.

Think they can turn up almost anywhere.
