I was up at the Kingfishers today, no close ups unfortunatley, but I witnessed something I thought to be very unusual. I seen one flying to the top of a dead tree and once near the top it would have been 50 to 60 feet above the water. Anyone ever seen one so high? It started calling crazily when it was up at the top.

I've seen them flying quite a way above the water, probably about 40ft ish from what I can recall - not often though.
