This time of year and depending on your location, vagrant warblers need to be ruled out - however, the obvious yellow super extending well towards the ear coverts, combined with obvious eyestripe extending to dark lores, along with even yellow tones on upper/lower breast seems to rule any possible vagrants out and points to a 1cy Willow Warbler (sadly!).
(Also hate to add that if you found it outside the Conservatory, it might well be a victim of a window strike)
