Little owls, where to see them

As per tiltle, does anyone know of any known haunts for little owls in the south devon area?

I have always wanted to photograph one and never come across one.

I often hear one down by the river at the end of my garden but never seen him yet, often he competes with the Tawney Owls, a rather piercing sound but i love to hear it.
