Urgent advice needed, baby Wood Pigeon Squabs

Hello, I am new but found this lovely site by accident looking for some advice. I am sure, however, that I will be a regular visitor to this site.

I am staying at a hotel on a works course on Hayling Island. When we all went outside for a break I noticed a large nest in a bush in the tiny courtyard containing two large baby wood pigeons. I have kept an eye on them yesterday and today and the adult birds ahve abandoned them. They seem to have all their flight feathers but show no sign of budging. I am the only bird lover in the whole hotel it seems and am finding it hard to concentrate on the course, heaven knows how I passed my tests today. They are very exposed to people in the courtyard now and I wonder if they are too scared to leave. Any advice please!
