| | | Crows Showing Of There are these 2 crows that are always perched on the roof of the house over the road, anyway this afternoon i watched for around 2 minutes the pair of them showing off their flying skills.
They where playing chase and at times reached some speeds when flying with the wind... my favorite moment was when one of them dived at an angle whilst doing multiple (cork screw) 360 degree turns
It turned out that this impressive areal display was over what looked like an old apple core |

ravens are more prone to ariel showing off just for the fun of it than crows |

With regards to this pair i am fairly sure they where crows. They like to spend a lot of their time perched high on the roof of the houses across the way.... i watch them from my place of work. I think they might be a pair because they often seem to be together but they are not nesting on that roof. |

This was spotted in the same area in a fairly open part of Southsea not far from the common. Tied in with the early mentioned (see earlier posts) funny crow noise... like a deep croink noise i think that there is a raven in the area. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
