Off to Norfolk for a week

I am away for a week from tomorrow (29th) for a week. We are staying at Eccles on the East Coast.

Hopefully I will come back with a few more photos for the Gallery and a few more new year birds under my belt.

You lucky devil. I love Norfolk and spend some time each summer at Brancaster Staithe. I am quite envious as have not been for a few months now. Have a great week

Would you believe this is my tenth trip to Norfolk this year and is actually down on my usual amount. Most years I do in excess of 20 trips a year. Definitely my favourite birding county.

I'm hopeful of at least one rare bird as I will be chasing an American Golden Plover that is commuting between Holt & Cley.
