It looks like a Glaucous Gull based on the apparent larger size, black-tipped pink bill and short tail. Maybe the location is good for this gull, too?
Any other shots would be good.

A 'first' for me.
(Tried to 'edit' the first pic to suggest looking at the bigger image and for the life of me I can't find the 'edit button'.) Notice you 'edited' your post Jason .... any clues where it is?
Don't believe the 'EDIT BUTTON' is on THIS reply but not on the other one ...... how come?
