| | | Worried about this young Robin. I have been hand feeding this young Robin for a while now and keeping a photo record of his development, in the last week he has changed quite dramatically, and yesterday he looked like this, should i be worried.
Last week he looked like this.
But this week he looks like this.
Is that normal for his development.
Thanks, Mark. |

If the bird was at all feeling off-colour, you would note a change in his/her stance ... head carried further into the shoulders, perhaps stooped slightly forward and feathers puffed out.
As it is he/she looks very perky and bright eyed ... but will look a lot smarter once the new feathers have pushed through. |
