Yellowhammers
Took these two long range shots on Thursday morning

This one has what looks like a damselfly



Could be a beetle for this one?



Pleased with this snap as there was very little to aim at.

Good shots Colin. Presumably they are different birds as the second one has more yellow on its head. Are they different sexes, or adult and juvinile??

Yes they are different birds, and both are male. They look fairly adult to me; but Ollie will no doubt know if he sees this thread.
