not sure what it is, looking at pics on WAB Gallery sugested a sandwich tern but the photo is not in focus, so couldnt be sure.

| | | Re: sandwich tern? Yes, that's a Sandwich Tern. Bulky build, dark wing tips compared to other terns, and in this pic the dark bill (which will have a yellow tip to it).
