Can any one help me find a web site that
shows you how to build a doves nest.
I have about 8 to 10 Ring neck doves
(I think that's what they are called)
That come in to my garden every day. |

Hello Kenneth, and welcome to WAB. I'm guessing that your doves are collared doves or maybe woodpigeons, but either way, they build their nests as little more than a small platform of twigs put together in a suitable tree or large bush. My guess is that they have probably already been busy nesting this year, and may well do so again, but whether you can achieve what they do I wouldn't like to say. Keep an eye on them and you might even see them collecting nesting material, and if not this year then next, if you're lucky. We had one nest in one of the trees along the road, quite visible if you looked up as you walked underneath, but quite flimsy looking too. |

Hello Kenneth, and a warm welcome to WAB. Could it be that when you said a pigeons nest you meant a dovecote which is a cot or box designed for pigeons to breed in. If so try Deanbirders: Daily Records,
