Excellent photos, but no, crow poop doesn't come in a fecal sack after the early nestling stage.
What you have beautifully captured in your second image is just the formation of the optimal shape for a liquid dropping under gravity through our atmosphere ... just as rain forms droplets, so too does crow poop (at that height).
If you get underneath it, you'd quickly discover that it's generally the consistency of a thick cream or custard ... though not so nice on strawberries.
