Help Identify Please

Hi
I have a very small bird nesting in my hosereel in the back garden and I would love to know what sort it is but obviously I don't want to go near it. I know it has three eggs as the first time I saw the nest the bird wasn't there. I has a tit type black beak and a bright yellow face with black on the top of its head I think but only seen it from a distance.

Or look here - though unfortunately the RSPB site shows vastly over-coloured pics! We get lots of them in our garden, as well as (some years) raising families in our nest boxes - though we've never seen one quite like this!
