Have got them nesting under my guttering as well

We also have Tree Sparrows just down the road in the Tywi Valley.

Literally just had a young sparrow pottering around the floor. It was scared away by a woodpigeon and flew straight into the open window of the green house and started smashing itself again the glass. All went quiet and I was scared something had happened to it. Ran towards the greenhouse and opened the door. Had to shoo it away from the open bag of sunflower hearts! Flew off with a loud chirp!
