unsure of this birds name

Can anyone be sure of this breed as we live near stratford on avon it seems to be out of place, I have sort of guessed but want to be certain it is a very shy bird, aland.

its a male reed bunting alan, in between summer and with some winter plumage too.

Thanks, We had guessed right but we do not have any reeds around here but silly me they must be flying up from the avon at warwick & Stratford I have been daft enough to think that they only lived in the broads and swampy areas, The pic was taken in April this year we had quite a few due to the cold I expect, a very unusual bird just here i would like to see their nests, thanks i feel a bit silly now, aland.
