Ham Wall
We had a splendid day out at Ham Wall last Friday (29th), the 'elusive' bittern (about 10 times!), hobbys and 'warblers' a-plenty (I wouldn't hazard a guess at which one was which!). It was the first time the family and I had been out to a reserve, the wardens and volunteers were really helpful and friendly, if any of you haven't given it a whirl I would hearltily recommend putting some time aside!
