Kingfisher feeding station
I have decided to set one up a good 500 yards from the nest. I have set several minnow traps and caught plenty already. I wish Jeff was still posting on here for extra advice. The perch is about 5ft from the barrell and the barrell is placed in 3ft of water, I filled it up with small stones so that there is about 8 inches of water in it. The plan is to put half a dozen minnows in every morning until a few weeks after the chicks fledge. If anyone could offer any advice to add to this or give me a few pointers it would be gratefully recieved. Thanks
