Anyone else seen Kestrels feeding on roadside carrion? I seem to see more of this but not recorded as a bhaviour in the Handbook.

No, but they are quite versatile in what they eat. Some years ago watched a pair running through grass feeding on grasshoppers + I've often seen them going for earthworms on playing fields/dog exercise areas in urban parks. |

I've seen buzzards 'worming' in ploughed fields. |
