| | | Re: 2 birds of prey The second bird does look like a White-tailed Eagle (also known as fish or sea eagles).
As for the first bird, it does look like a Common Buzzard, but I'm not entirely convinced that it is one!
There are some very strongly rufous coloured feathers visible near the birds 'shoulders', which make me think that it may be a Harris Hawk (also known as Bay-winged Hawk). A young Harris Hawk could look similar to a buzzard, especially in a head only shot - and in my experience it is very rare for buzzards to have any feathers that are as rufous as the ones this bird has.

| | | Re: 2 birds of prey I was going to suggest Harris Hawk for the first one as well, buzzards are much duller and paler in colour.
For the second one I only got as far as "some sort of eagle" |
