| | | Erithacus rubecula as Vice Police Just spent a few funny minutes observing my Dunnock Hen mate with her younger boyfriend. He whipped off as soon as Husband turned up. Then Dad removed boyfriend's sperm and set about chatting Wifey up again. My Robin though wasn't having any of that. He came tearing in and started to squabble with the Cock Dunnock. The Battle of the Brick Barbeque. The Robin must have lost the scrap as he decided to fly at me and whirr in my face for a few seconds. Funny lot birds, loses to someone smaller so have a go at the big guy! I have to tidy up near the Honeysuckle today too, will I survive my Wren? He really desn't like me too near his home, the little devil doesn't mind depositing messages for me all over my table though!
