Is this a chiffchaff ,im not 100 percent sure as im still learning my species. Thanks

I find these warblers exceedingly difficult to ID!
but I would say chiffchaff or willow warbler

Call/song is best for id between chiffchaff and willow warbler. Another clue is chiff has black legs, willow flesh coloured but not easy to see
