What a morning i have had...
i decided i would cycle to havant from Portsmouth. Whilst on my way i decided to sit on a quite field just outside of havant in an area known as bedhampton. Within minutes of arriving on the field i spotted a buzzard it was prowling the skies of the area i was in. As i watched, it approached a line of tree's to the east of this field and out flew two birds

. These birds mobbed this buzzard until it move away (calmly

) from the line of tree's. As it got a little further from the trees one of the birds retreated but the other continued to pester the buzzard, I believe these birds where crows. I have to say the crows where more of a nuisance to the buzzard rather then a threat and this buzzard knew it
As I sat there watching the buzzard it approached for a second time this line of trees some 5 minutes later, again it was greeted by a cow, just one this time. After this time the buzzard flew south and was nearer the water line, as i watched i noticed it had started to hover like a kestrel would over a particular spot. Before i could figure out what it was up to 5 sea gulls had surrounded it and where swooping at the buzzard... this time the buzzard seemed threatened and got out of there pretty swiftly.
Later on my way home i was just comming of Eastney bridge onto portsea island (portsmouth) when i saw and amazing sight >>> TWO!! Buzzards flying low into and area loaclly known as "Foxes Forrest/ Hilsea Lines" this is a small area of grassland and some lightly wooded areas.
