It is very hard work to attempt. I am by no means an expert and there are lots of threads here about raising baby birds. Warmth, tweezers and crushed up insects from the garden or ?mealworms would be my first thought depending on their size.

Jenny I am only assuming it is the female as the bird that was killed was the one that did most of the going in and out of the box and stayed in for the longest periods.
Lance, thanks for the advice, will think carefully now what is the best course of action. |
