Lesser Spotted Woodpecker - definitely my first choice

Hawfinch and ...............(oooh so many to choose from) Lapwing, no Tawny Owl, no Nightjar errrrmmmmm, maybe Wryneck, or do I mean Long-eared Owl

Mine would have to be an barn owl and a Kingfisher (although not much chance of the kingfisher as I don't have a pond..............yet!)  |

We moved into our current house in June last year and I was convinced there must be Tree Sparrows around. After 10 months of living here they have finally appeared and I suspect (hopefully!) that this may be the beginning of a new colony. | | |
