| | | Re: What type of bird would i expect to attract? my dad had nuthatches coming to the nuts till he put crushed peanut in it and they turned the nose up at it and wont come near now.still gets the great tits,blues and coals and finches.squirrels go mad trying to get at them but the cage stops them very effectively. be careful with the cages too. the squirrels at a friends house have discovered that the wing nut on the bottom of the feeder holds it all together.the crafty sods come down and get the feeder spinning which of course undoes the whole lot and hey presto nuts everywhere |
