Hooded Merganser
As I was in Weymouth recently I took the opportunity to call in to Radipole to see the Hooded Merganser. I have no idea whether it will be accepted as a genuine wild bird, but I doubt it. Judging from this photo it's not only tame, but has been trained to salute visiting birders.
