| | | No swallows this year There are usually lots of swallows swooping around my house and building under the neighbour's eaves each year. But they still haven't arrived this year (Cambridge). Isn't it getting a bit late for them to come? Might they still arrive or is it more likely they've decided to set up home elsewhere, or worse, perhaps something has happened to them on their way here? It just seems odd for so many to simply not appear. |
