| | | Re: Fledgeling picture thread Aaaw, they're both utterly delightful little bundles of fluff!
I started a thread yesterday on the first baby birds to visit my garden this year - a pair of beautiful Mistle Thrushes |

| | | Re: Fledgeling picture thread We spent a couple of hours this morning watching this fledgeling blackbird following its Dad around the garden, watching the Dad bathe in the pond, having a go at drinking from the pond and trying out feeding on his own as well as taking food from Dad. Unfortunately, he/she kept trying to eat the apple blossom on the lawn, I don't think he liked it very much as it kept getting stuck to his beak!
