| | | Re: A few from today Yes Pippa, my local patch where they regularly put out the mist nets and recently ringed 8 Bramblings and i still couldn't get a picture  although i spotted them from a distance lurking under some gorse, but with it being such a nice day there was too much traffic as far as visitors are concerned.
Mind you, i bet Martin Mere was heaving,so glad i avoided that  , i must admit to having much better views of my favourite birds in Mere Sands and usually choose to go there and you often have the place to yourself later in the evening, the Chiffchaff turned up when everybody had gone home around 5 45 pm
