With this ducks tongue, never seen this duck before, don't even know what sort of duck it is ( normal for me ) just thought it might be deformed.

I think it's a female Wood Duck Mark but I've never seen this before  .....was the tongue out like that all the time? |

Guys i watched him for about 20 mins or so, so i don't think its food hanging out, it didn't seem to bother him either, but it was definitely hanging out the side of its bill from what i could see, i have some other pics of it, let me see if its better shown in one of those.
