| | | Any ideas of what this could be? Hi,
Recently a I've noticed some (at least two, maybe three) green birds around my garden in west london, I think they're living in a tree a few houses down.
Anyway, I have no idea what they are, and as I don't really know anything about birds I can't give a better discription other than green, although they do make a distinct noise, more of a speek or squeel that a song.
I know that it's unlikly that anyone will be able to give me an exact name for it from the discription, but if anyone can give me a few names of what they maybe so I look them up that would be great.
Thanks |

| | | Re: Any ideas of what this could be? Either greenfinch or ring-necked parakeet (probably the latter from the description), the other properly green British bird is the green woodpecker, but I don't think its that. |

| | | Re: Any ideas of what this could be? Well I accidently let my budgies out the window as a child so there could be a flock of them somewhere. I did see something I thought was a parakeet in Yorks once, very bright green. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
