The first is a Grey Wagtail (I think a female).
Not sure about the second. I saw a Cormorant recently that looked like that, but I really wouldn't like to say
Hopefully someone will be able to ID it for you.
EDIT Just enlarged the second (why do I always forget to do that  ) and yes, it could well be a Cormorant.

| | | Re: Identification please I used to think that squishy, but I believe they are fairly common in town centres and on buildings with flat rooves in autumn and winter. More Grey Wagtails this year?
