| | | new birds in garden hi , saw 2 mistle thrushes in the garden last week . also chaffinches have recently been coming in too joining the robins on the lawn to feed . plenty of woodies about too ,maggies and an occasional starling and goldcrests . |

| | | Re: new birds in garden It's good to see Thrushes around as I have not seen them near the garden in a long time. We get Chaffinch and Tits, Dunnocks, Robins and Wren regularly.

| | | Re: new birds in garden Saw 2 mistle thrushes myself today. 1 darting about in an apple tree looking for insects I presume, the other close by preening itself for about a good half hour.
A larger bird than I thought, but first time ever seen for me. |

| | | Re: new birds in garden hi everyone , its amazing how many birds come into gardens . the goldcrests have not been seen recently but i do hear them . the best bird that came in the garden about 2 years ago was a brown female sparrowhawk ! she was stamping on the ground getting the worms to come to the surface so she could feed on them. not seen her since but it was a fine sight! |

| | | Re: new birds in garden Have`nt seen the Song Thrush since the other day ,previus to that was just after the New Year but managed to get pic .Still getting the Siskin been joined by its partner at the feeder now so now have 2 Siskins feeding between 9.15-10.30 then again in the afternoon about 1.30 -2.00 and 4.00-5.30 so they have become quite regular so to speak
