Today Ben (Tormentil) and myself were at Far Ings Nature reserve in Lincolnshire. We were lucky enough to see a Marsh Harrier carrying it's prey that it had caught, either a rat or a vole by the looks of it.
Sorry about the quality of the images I had to crop heavily to get these but the prey is clearly visible. |
