Help Identifying please

Can someone confirm that the photo's below show a buzzard and a possible meadow pipit please? or suggest what they are! Taken locally in fairly, built up area today.

sorry about that, hit the send before remembering to add the photo's for some reason they didn't attach properly either. thanks for the confirmation though, it means the meadow pipit is a first for me
