Funny thing was, I'd just finshed and was walking up the path when two Blue Tits immediately went to investigate, so I have high hopes of early occupancy! |

Some early visitors to inspect the box too, good luck, hope the Blue Tits find the box inviting with it's top notch security as an added bonus!  |

excellent idea using pigeon spikes, let us know if they really prevent cats getting on the wall, you may have found the ultimate cat deterrent! |

What a good idea! I have a box on a fence post like you but so far my two cats haven't shown an interest in it. Even though, I may invest in some rubber spikes just to be on the safe side. | | | |
