Or are you tempting them with some sort of secret recipe? 
I haven't seen any yet this year - but I'm waiting for the nod from my brother. He checks every week around the churchyard in the village where he lives, as they seem to hang out there mostly.
Failing that, I think it's about time you invited us all to spend the day looking out of your window. We'll even bring our own sarnies!
