Took my 13yr old Connor down to the Riverside country park again Sunday morning along with our husky Koko [who cut her paw so we had to come home again

], he wouldn't stop digi-binning

He has a tiny little compact camera that we bought for school trips, we didn't know how is interest in wildlife would take off.
I actually felt sorry for him trying to hold everything still, focus everything and still find what he wanted to take a picture of.
Further down the river and before the dog cut her paw we saw a kestrel moving from place to place, hovering overhead and moving again. Me with my superzoom trying to find it in the screen and didn't, couple more attempts and all I had was a blurry image when Connor come running over! The little monkey actually got a better shot than me with his camera through his binnoculars right at the time when a gull was trying to see the Kestrel off, so much for my three times more expensive bit of equipment
Connor's digibinned Kestrel
Another of his digibinned shots
And the mutt that made us come home early [and scares everything away before we get there

]
Connor absolutely loves the riverside and taking pictures, guess he's got a new camera coming now
