Male Blackcap for me......was it very sunny Pam? I think the sunlight has lightened the chest area somewhat??

Thanks for your interest everybody. It was very sunny here on Sat morning. I was propped up against a tree looking at the adjacent tree trying to see where the G spotted woodpecker was. I just seen this one & snapped! No other photos I`m afraid. I agree the angle is terrible - I usually get bums
I did think of Whitethroat as well but decided it was proberly too early.
