Hi Woodman

Were in a village called Vermand about 1.5 hrs from coast. If you look at google earth you will see we have massive reservoirs near us, a river running at the bottom of the garden, as well as woodland and being surrounded by farmland.

Know little on sea birds so not sure about oyster catchers.

My daughter agreed with me on little owl when she heard the recording.
